"How We Work

At Bop Apartment Services, we provide our clients with two weeks of dedicated service, Monday through Friday. Our team offers a range of apartments available for immediate occupancy, tailored to your specific program requirements, budget, and size needs. Please note that having a program or voucher does not guarantee an apartment; you must apply for each apartment, just like any standard rental process.

Our Process:

- We'll call you every morning between 9:30 am and 11:00 am to coordinate your schedule for the day.

- We'll provide you with an ideal apartment option every day or every other day, based on your budget and program requirements.

- We'll coordinate apartment viewings with management companies, landlords, and supers, or send you pictures, floor plans, and details via email.

- We'll assist you in filling out applications for apartments you're interested in.

- We'll set up interviews and search all 5 boroughs and New Jersey to give you a wide range of options.

- Once you're accepted for an apartment, we'll work with you until you sign a lease.

Our Service Fee:

- $160.00 for 2 weeks of service (Monday to Friday)

Recommendations:

- Keep your search open to at least 3 boroughs for the best chance of securing an apartment.

- Only apply for apartments that match your criteria.

- The more apartments you see and apply for, the higher your chances of getting an apartment.

Important Note:

- Once you've secured an apartment through Bop Apartment Services, you're obligated to pay our 1-month fee.

- Please note that there are no refunds for services rendered."
