Vacation Apartments Rentals Terms and Conditions:

1. A major credit card maybe required upon check-in time at 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified. Check-outs are at 11:am, unless otherwise specified by Management,  guest will be charged a daily rate for any late check outs.

2. Delivery of the key will only take place during normal business hours. Arrangements will be to deliver the key at any time, provided sufficient notice is given prior to arrival. Lost key charge is $25.00 

3. Guests who leave their apartment early will be charged for full duration of the booking. 

4. There will be no refunds given to non-arrivals, stays or deposits. 

5. Apartment must be left in a reasonable state upon departure. 

Accommodation and Occupancy 

1. Number of people permitted to occupy each apartment is limited to the number of beds. Bop Apartments LLC, reserves the right to charge for any additional accommodations in a situation where the number of guests exceeds the number of maximum occupancy. 

2. Based on unforeseen circumstances, management may relocate guest to a close by location with equal furnishing and amenities. 

Pets/Smoking 

1. Many of our properties do not allow pets on premises; those that do will be individually specified. 

2. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. 

Liability 

1. Bop Apartments LLC, cannot be held responsible for any damages done to the apartment, nor any bodily injuries incurred by the guests. 

Guest Responsibility 

1. The guest is responsible for any missing or damaged items on the inventory list in the apartment. Such inventory list will be furnished upon occupancy to the renters 

2. Bop Apartments LLC, will charge my credit card for any damages to the  apartment, missing or damaged property. 

3. There is a 1 time departure cleaning fee of $90, that will be charged upon check in.

Guests 

1. All guests residing in the apartment must be listed.
