How We Work
At Bop Apartment Services, we offer two weeks of personalized, Monday-to-Friday support to help you find a home that fits your program requirements, budget, and space needs. We present a curated selection of apartments available for immediate move-in.
Please note: Having a voucher or housing program does not guarantee an apartment. Each unit requires a formal application, similar to any standard rental process.
Our Process
- Daily Check-ins: We’ll call you each morning between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM to coordinate your schedule.
- Tailored Apartment Options: We’ll present a new apartment option daily or every other day, based on your preferences and eligibility.
- Viewing Coordination: We’ll arrange viewings with landlords, management companies, or supers — or provide detailed photos, floor plans, and descriptions via email.
- Application Support: We’ll guide you through filling out applications for any apartments you’re interested in.
- Broad Search Coverage: We search across all five boroughs and parts of New Jersey to expand your options.
- Lease Signing Assistance: Once you're approved, we’ll support you through to the final lease signing.
Service Fee
- $160 for two weeks of service (Monday through Friday)
Recommendations for a Successful Search
- Stay open to at least three boroughs to improve your chances.
- Only apply for apartments that genuinely meet your needs.
- The more options you view and apply for, the higher your chances of securing a home.
Important Notes
- Once you secure an apartment through us, a one-month service fee is required.
- No refunds are available for services already rendered.
